Yog

Meditation combined with Pranayama gives four types of accomplishments 
  1. peace (Shanti), 
  2. tranquility (Prashanti), 
  3. luster (Dipti) and 
  4. boon (Prasad). 
A devotee can have a darshan of lord ShivaDurgaFamily if he does meditation with non attachment.
